Over the years, my staff and I have realized that to train through injury and pain, there is a three fold process that takes place. 1). Mobility and Stability training. If you can’t move well, you won’t be moving much at all. 2.) Strength Training. This will help your body become more resilient and functional in your every walk of life. 3). Power and conditioning. Once we lay the framework for fundamental strength, we can increase the demands of your workouts to make you a force to be reckoned with, which makes you the badass you dreamed you can be! ROAR!
