Happy Friday to yinz! I realize that many of you are curious about all the Primal Move talk I have been doing lately, so I wanted to take a brief moment and discuss the nature of Primal Move one last time before I fly out of the Burgh (as I type this I am packing up my bags with necessary training items and snacks. I cannot wait to go!).
On my previous post I mentioned what the Primal Move certification is all about and why you should be head over heels about picking up this certification for yourself. If you missed that post, read all about Primal Move here! Check out the video below to see how well Primal Move will help you become a fluid and mobile being.
My last certification was a particularly murderous strength training certification that took a lot out of me mentally and physically. Having done a TON of mobility work with my clients to prep them for demanding strength training sessions with me, I decided to a) make mobility the major focus of study for my clients and b) make mobility the major focus of my own training sessions. Mobility is essential to opening up the body for serious power output. If you’re into strength training and haven’t’ taken a look at your own mobility patterns, you really should. Increasing your mobility can be the missing link that is keeping you from a max lift. Don’t believe me? Chew on this.
If you are looking to increase your mobility through playful activities, check out these Primal Move workshops today and become a force of nature!
Well folks, I have to catch a plane out of the Burgh! Until next time, remember to eat smart, train hard, and enjoy your life!
