I am looking for 15 people to work closely with me on a comprehensive fitness program that will bring you into a whole new season of health! I will lead you every step of the way to improving your nutritional habits, holding you accountable to your fitness training, AND coaching you on how to transform your enjoy every moment of your life by transforming the way you think. This is a 4 week kettlebell training program, and you must be able to coming to at least 3 days worth of training during the next 4 weeks. You also should have a basic understanding of the fundamental kettlebell lifts (i.e. swings, get ups, presses, cleans, squats and snatches).
