HAPPY FRIDAY YINZ!
The weekend is upon us, and today, I want to give you a shot but CHALLENGING training session to kick off your weekend hardstyle strong!
Weekend Warrior Challenge
Directions: You will need two kettlebells for this challenge. One kettlebell should be your two handed swing bell and the other weight should be your snatch test sized kettlebell. (ladies, for two handed swings, I recommend 16-24kgs. For snatches, 12-16kgs. Men, I recommend 20-28kgs for swings, for snatches, 20-24kgs). Perform the following complex as many times as you can in 20 minutes.
5 Body Weight Squats
10 Push Ups
15 Two Handed Swings
20 Snatches (10 Right Arm, 10 Left Arm).
