Happy Halloween Everyone!
While I don’t have a ton of time today as I am running around getting ready for some exciting fun for the studio, I wanted to take the time to send off a particularly scare double kettlebell complex that will yield some significant strength for you, the trainee. Grab two kettlebells that are one test sized below your snatch weight and gear up for a grueling routine! Men, I suggest two 20kg kettlebells and ladies, two 12kgs kettlebells.
Perform 3 rounds of the following
10 double swings
10 double clean and presses
10 double front squats
10 double snatches
10 double thrusters
If you’re feeling particularly scary, go for 5 total rounds. Give yourself as much rest as needed between each set too!
