PROGRESSIVE CALISTHENICS!
Thanks to Ryan Williams who owned the Progressive Calisthenics Certification back in July, Primal Fitness Pittsburgh is now offering Progressive Calisthenics on Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Progressive Calisthenics is a body weight only course that is designed to increase your overall strength and conditioning using just your body for resistance. This course is designed as a more advanced version of body weight programs seen at Primal Fitness Pittsburgh. You will be able to learn how to master bar lifts like the pull up, muscle up, and strong poses like handstands, head stands, and not to mention your pistol squats. Come ready to train hard using nothing but your own body ! Get ready to push your limits for serious strength and conditioning using yourself as your own gym!
Our very own client gone trainer, Ryan Williams, will be teaching this course starting this week at Primal Fitness Pittsburgh. Ryan is a strength and conditioning expert who fell in love with calisthenic training. Ryan recently became certified to teach calisthenics and gave our clients last week their first taste of what to expect with this exciting new program. Here are some highlights from our first ever Progressive calisthenics course!
Again, Ryan will be teaching Tuesday and Thursday form 5:30-6:15 p.m. I also want to let you all know that Ryan is also able to take on private clients at this time as well.
