Greetings form Pittsburgh International Airport! Yours truly is flying out for an epic vacation that has been VERY LONG OVER DUE! I think the last time I took a vacation was 3 years ago. God, so glad to be awaiting this flight right now!

Speaking of awesome things, I was so exited about this trip today that I decided to do a “Celebratory Work Out” in honor of my much needed time off. Check out this routine below.
Swingers Swing HEAVY!
15 minute intervals: 30 seconds of swings, 30 seconds of rest. Use a 20kg kettlebell. Yep! HEAVY SWINGS! You can toy with the interval if needed.
Results from todays am workout? 301, 20 kg swings. Can I get a “WOOT WOOT!” ?
