I have a timely blog post for you today, as I find myself writing this in a coffee shop with multiple errands on my schedule and tons of work to get done today. I can relate with you on this, those of you reading this that feel too pressed for time to find the time for a training session.

Y-M-5 Face to Face Two Hand Lift

Grab yourself a medium sized kettlebell (ladies 16-20kg, dudes, 20-24kg) and perform the following:

5 Push Ups

10 Body Weight Squats

15 kettle bell swings

Do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes!

BOOM! You just did some serious WORK!
