Well, flying up to Boston, but you get the picture!
Sorry for the short little post today peeps, but yours truly is off to have another fitness adventure with friend, fellow blogger, and RKC certified instructor Sharon Steinberg Shiner. I’m once again hitching a flight out of the Burgh to eat smart, train hard, and enjoy life amongst some of the seriously strong RKCs up in Boston. It’ll be a great opportunity for me to train with some of the best instructors around, and I am so looking forward to meeting up with the trainers in Boston when I arrive!
