If you missed Tuesday’s post, I wanted to give you another reminder that our March training program kicks off Monday, March 6th. I just put together an exciting new level of training for those of you who are ready to work the next program! Here’s the run down of what to expect in March, and how YOU can be a founding member of a brand new online coaching group!
One of the most commonly overlooked lifts in the kettlebell word is the kettlbell clean. Not only do you get the incredible increase in lat power and grip strength, but you can also simultaneously work your conditioning for better endurance, explosive speed, and not to mention the incredible body composition effects as well! Spring is upon us, and I can’t think of a better way to start some spring cleaning than through the use of the kettlebell clean itself.

One of the main culprits to not making progress is diving head first into a murderous training program and rigid eating style. Sustainability is the name of the fitness game, and if you DON’T have a sustainable approach, you’re cruising for a bruising in terms of staying committed to the goals you set for yourself. Those first of the year crash and burn training and nutritional cycles will leave you feeling tired, burnt out, frustrated, and worse off, at risk for injury that can set you back even more. Kettlebell training, and specifically the quick and strong lift that of the clean, has been tried and tested over decades to yield superior results WITHOUT the risk of injury or exhaustion. Even more, we have come up with a no non-sense nutritional approach to annihilate any anxiety surrounding what to eat / not eat. In short, our program is about cleaning up technique, your nutrition, and overall training time to make you a stronger, healthier, leaner force to be reckoned with, and it call kicks off March 6th, 2017. HEADS UP! You will have to have basic understanding of the kettlebell clean, and we will also be incorporating the Kettlebell Swing, Goblet Squat and Press for this as well. Training will be require a 4 day commitment level out of the week. The program in it’s entirety is 4 weeks long! This is not a fatloss program per se, but most people WILL she some inches and pounds to the tune of 2-3 lbs per week. If all that sounds great and you meet the criteria. . .
