Last year I had the pleasure of running my very own Primal Move workshop down in Virginia. This year, I was given the opportunity to host a kettlebell course and well. . I’m not going to say no to that 😉
On October 18th, yours truly will be giving a 3 hour kettlebell training seminar at Journeyman Fitness in Wexford PA. I will be discussing the fundamental kettlebell movements such as the dead lift, swing, and goblet squat and will be working along side people to fine tune their technique on cleans, presses, snatches and some fun double kettlebell work. I will also spend some time talking about how to stack up your kettlebell complexes for killer programs you can run at your own training facility. If you are a novice lifter looking to refine your kettlebell skills or are a personal trainer looking for programming tips and tricks, you are NOT going to want to miss this event.
