Recap of the 21 Day Swing Challenge and some added Suspense!

We had such a great time at our 21 day kettlebell swing challenge that I wanted to post the highlights on this Friday for you all to see! We had some amazing times learning high pulls, snatches, and some of our swingers even got a super heavy kettlebell swing in action.

And now, the moment you have all been waiting for. During the 21 day swing challenge, our swingers were to log the number of swings they did each week and the weights they used. The person who swung the most weight over time will be awareded with $100 and a $50 gift certificate to restaurant of choice in the Burgh. This Friday, the winner will announced on the blog! Special thanks to everyone here who participated! Please get your training logs into me asap so we can announce the winner this Friday!
