Happy Tuesday everyone!
Last week I had the opportunity to do an exclusive interview with Bill Parravano, the Knee Pain Guru. Bill and I have been friends now for a number of years and have worked together on several occasions to help me get out of my own knee pain. A number of years ago, I had sustained an injury to my meniscus that made standing, walking, and running pretty painful. The most frustrating part of it all was that I was NOT a candidate for knee surgery, but my physical therapy sessions were adding up to be more of an expense than a helpful treatment. Having found no relief for my pain and solution to my problem, I decided to search around for a solution on my own. I cam across Bill via his website, the knee pain guru, and decided to get situated with his one-on-one coaching program.
In just 4 short months I went from not being able walk without pain to being able to perform some fast paced sprints. Pretty impressive, huh? Not only that but over time, I would eventually be able to train and pass my RKC certification fee from any pain. So…just what all was involved with my getting out of pain?
