This may be one of the best Friday’s that the City of Pittsburgh as ever seen! REAL TALK!
All this week we have been talking about Kombucha and the book “Fermented” by Jill Ciciarelli. While I have been having my fair share of fun celebrating Jill’s success, I wanted to actually spend some time diving into the book “Fermented” and let you all know why this is a must have for your home library.
First of all, this is NOT a stereotypical Paleo book. What I mean by that is this is not another rehash of what the Paleo diet is, how to switch gears into living a primal lifestyle, or anything like of that nature. In the book Fermented, Jill actually breaks down three different types of diets that are closely associated with ancestral health and discusses why each diet may be better suited for particular people. She discusses the differences between following the Paleo, Primal, or Weston A Price Foundation diet, and why certain people may respond better to any one of those diets. In this book, Jill also breaks down the science behind how to ferment and why incorporating fermented foods into your diet is absolutely essential. If you can’t tolerate dairy or are just sick and tired of eating yogurt for your dose of probiotics, check out the book Fermented to spice up your diet and reap the immune boosting rewards!
So, are yinz ready for yet another video sneak peek into this book? Of course you are! Without further adieu, let’s get started!
As a reminder, if you are in the CIty of Pittsburgh this evening, make sure that you get you stop out at Espresso a Mano in Lawrencevile between the hours of 6 and 9pm. Jill Ciciarelli will be there herself signing copies of her book! If you’re not in Pittsburgh, GET HERE! 😉 Don’t forget to pick up your copy of the book “Fermented” as well!
That’s all I have for you today everyone! As always, remember to eat smart, train hard, and enjoy your life!
Love Always,
