Happy Friday Yinz!
With all the pull up and hang training we have seen on our facebook training forum, not to mention Wednesday’s leg raise drills, I’ve put together a solid workout that you can complete in just 15 minutes. Get yourself near a pull up bar and grab a kettlebell to complete the following drill as many times as you can in 15 minutes. Since a particular movement is found in the Spartan Series, I’m calling this challenge “Spartan Up!” (some of you obstacle racing types know what this means already 😀 )
Spartan Up in 15!
5 Leg Raises
10 Push Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings
20 Burpees
Do as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes of this drill! Trust me, you only need 15 minutes to feel the effects of this challenge. Spartan up!
