How is life everyone? I hope you all are doing great and feeling fabulous! I know I most certainly have been feeling wonderful lately. A lot is going on here in the life of Janelle Pica, so I figured I’d post some of my random fun activity for you all. I want to make a special shout out to my Mom, who agreed to be in my YouTube video for this blog post. Oh yeah! You read that correctly. Guys, yinz ain’t seen nothing yet! 😉
Speaking of my mom, I came home to visit her this weekend as I was in the area for my tattoo follow up appointment. Check out the progress below.
Ok, getting back to my mom  here. My mother is a cat lover and she has the most adorable little kitten that she recently took in as a pet. Unfortunately, the poor little thing has been really sick lately and my mother, having noticed my human health being so radically different from what it was years ago, started to ask about Paleo friendly cat food. This might sound a little crazy, but actually, there are Paleo friendly cat food options out there. My mother wanted to get cleaner foods for her pet as she informed me there have been a lot of recalls on pet food (read about that here). Check out what me and mom found at the store below!
Moving right along, I’d like to mention that yours truly is now a Certified Beyond Organic Coach! I passed my exam with flying colors and scored 100% (oh yeah, I am bragging here and I AM NOT ASHAMED TO ADMIT IT! 🙂 ) What this means is that I understand the product line of all things Beyond Organic. In addition to that, I also gained an incredibly in depth understanding of clean eating, environmental impacts on food, the biodiversity of food, how food affects your metabolic rate and nervous system, and well, a whole lot of other nerdy things! This is a serious certification people and I am SO STOKED that I passed my exam! I should have my actual certification mailed to me here within the next few weeks, but until then, I will leave you with the proof of all this!
