How’s that for redundancy? 😉
Hey all! Just wanted to make a quick blog post about some great eats you simply must try. I get a lot of questions about making healthier options for American staples since I’m also a health coach. Today, I wanted to address this very issue  by whipping up my very own Primal Burger for yinz! Get excited! We have some cooking to do!
So…let’s get down to some burger business, shall we?
Burgher’s Primal Burger
Ingredients
4-6oz of Beyond Organic Grass Fed Beef (highest quality beef out there. Hands down!)
1 ounce of Beyond Organic Raw Cheddar Cheese
2 strips of bacon
2 thick iceburg lettuce leaves
1 dill pickle (sliced)
4 slices of jalepeno peppers
1 small tomato (sliced)
1 tablespoon Heinz Organic Ketchup (it must be Heinz! No Burger from Pittsburgh should be left without Heinz!).
Directions: Stuff the burger with the cheese, season with salt and pepper, and fry it all up in a pan using some grass fed butter or coconut oil. Once your burger is good to go, place burger on lettuce leave number one, add all toppings, and then top it all with lettuce leaf number two. What you end up with is something that looks like this!

feel free to serve this bad boy up with a nice helping of sweet potato fries! Trust me! It’s a killer combination. That’s all I have for you guys today! As always, remember to eat smart, train hard and enjoy your life!
