THE SOUTH SIDE SUMMER SWING CHALLENGE IS HERE!
TODAY, we are launching our first EVER kettlebell swing challenge! If you’re looking to shed the winter weight, become stronger than you ever thought possible AND test your personal limits, THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU!
We here at Primal Fitness Pittsburgh have put together a comprehensive program to teach you the fundamentals of kettlebell training AND provide a No B.S. nutrition program so you can recovery faster, get leaner, and eliminate any and all confusion of what to eat / not to eat for sustainable health.
Here’s how our challenge works.
On June 3rd, we will host our First ever Personal Record (PR) Party. The event will begin around 5:30 p.m. and End at 8:00 p.m. Participants will be separated between Men and Women’s classes. Women will swing a 16kg (35 pounds) kettlebell as many times as they can in 10 minutes. Men will swing a 20kg (44 pound weight) kettlebell as many times as they can in 10 minutes. The winners of both classes will be award an epic Primal Prize which includes. . .
